At Redcar Counselling Services, therapy is integrative and tailored to you. This means your sessions are shaped around your needs, your pace and what feels most helpful for you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

focus on emotional wellbeing or personal growth

explore spiritual development work with EMDR for processing trauma or unresolved experiences

or simply have a safe space to talk and feel understood

What happens when you book

Step 1: Booking your first session
You can book directly through the client portal at a time that suits you.

Step 2: Your free introductory call or discounted initial appointment (50 minutes)
This session is a gentle starting point. There is no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.

It includes:

a brief assessment

space to talk about what’s brought you to therapy

time to explore what you’d like support with

Step 3: Deciding what feels right
After your appointment, you can take time to decide whether you’d like to continue without any obligation.
