During a Reiki session, gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques are used to balance the body’s energy centers (chakras), clearing blockages and restoring natural flow. Ideal for many physical conditions, emotional support, anxiety, and spiritual alignment. Within the session, whether with Reiki alone, or combined with Crystal Healing, you will also experience a soothing sound bath and a tuning fork to help release any physical pain that may be present.

Crystal Healing uses the vibrational energy of crystals and gemstones to align and harmonise your mind, body, and spirit. Each crystal is chosen intuitively to match your specific needs and placed on or around the body to amplify healing energies. As above, this can be combined with Reiki, or simply experience the healing of the Crystals alone.
